Summary: This is absolutely the worst printer I have ever owned. When it works, the quality is fine. I like the fact that you can copy, scan, fax, and print (sometimes). I bought it because it is a "Wireless Printer". No, it isn't. When you send something to a real "wireless printer" it prints.
Excerpt: I am very pleased with the Dell printer. It has a perfect size. It is not too large for home use. It provides scanning and copying features plus faxing. The control panel is very convenient. The paper tray and toner locations are easily accessible. The owner's manual provides for a quick setup.
Summary: Wow is this thing awful. We ordered one for our office and it's been a giant headache the whole time. Scanning is a nightmare. Maybe if you just had this thing plugged into one PC it wouldn't be so bad. But Dell Printer Manager software is beyond garbage when running from the server.
If you want to make a wise investment, don't choose this printer.

Summary: The greatest part about this printer is the double sided printing, but after that you will be wanting for a serious laser printer with proper Dell Support. As a printer, when working, it works well. The multifunction capabilities and tray feed for copying are a welcome addition.
nice printing, I like the laser much better than ...

Summary: I cannot figure out how to scan from it yet. I have had my adult daughter who is computer savvy try. The duplex printing function does not work as it jams every single time it tries to flip a page. No tray for copies to collect in (they come out the back and land on the table).
