Summary: Works well, except for one important thing: Does not work (December 2014) with iOS 8. The update from 7 to 8 broke something and now it won't print from iPhone/iPad with iOS 8+. Dell still advertises the printer as "AirPrint compatible," which at this point it is not (if they were serious about compatibility, they would have issued a firmware update so re-establish the AirPrint capability.

Summary: It is advertised that you can print from ipad iphone ios 4.2 or higher so I purchased it few days ago for a really good price. I installed it very easy and is working with my dell laptop, but I can't use it to print from my ipad or iphone 5. I called Dell and find out that this printer is not compatible with ios 8. I am sending it back.
Summary: I am very pleased with this printer, especially the ability to print from other mobile devices! Disappointed that it doesnt print in color :(. ( I chose it partly because one of the reviews stated that it prints well at 600dpi).
Excerpt: For the price this is a good solid laser printer. Set up was the only part that might bother some people since the display is small and its not touch screen. but once i got past that connected it to my network i was good to go. Printed without issues good quality prints and decent speed. I've now had it for a couple of weeks and i don't even think about it, i just go get my prints and they are there.
Excerpt: I've had this printer for about a week now, and it works great! Printing is fast and clear. The scanner does a better job than a $900 scanner we were using previously. I'm not using the fax function, so I can't comment on that. Overall, a great product for a great price.
Pros: Good Value, Easy to Use, Easy to Set Up, Performance
Excerpt: Worse purchase ever. I am sending it back for a refund. No written instructions. Can't print from my laptop. Can't see the words on the little monitor, Nothing is labeled as to which button it is. We were on the phone with 2 different tech support from Dell for 2 and 1/2 hours. Still not working good. Takes a long time to copy. Very, very dissatisfied.
Summary: After reading reviews of this printer vs. a Brother multifunction cloud rready printer, I chose Dell because the price was better and the reviews were similar. Bad move! I'm a strong technical user. I have a Macbook Air and a Chromebook but am also well versed in PCs and networking. I purchased this printer so I could print from the chromebook and the Macbook wirelessly and for limited copying and scanning. Here are the major flaws: 1.
