Summary: We are pleased with the printer. It would not have been our first choice. It was ordered for a business and was the required printer to purchase. With this being said; I like it for the purpose it is intended. It also suits other needs we have.

Summary: Bought in January, this review is in December. One year on this little printer is still chugging! I've printed hundreds of pages of material for class including an entire book's worth. I'm extremely pleased and have only had a single driver issue so far. Pros: Fast printing for cheap ($50), starter toner cartridge has lasted a year so far, toner is cheap/easy to buy, easy to use, small footprint Cons: Relatively loud, but not enough to bother me for this price.
Summary: I bought this from Dell at the end of June. On the 12th of August, it started eating paper. Since it is so small, I can't fit my hand inside to remove the paper. Dell sent me another, but I'm so sure it'll be a piece of scheiss, too, that I wanted to return it to them. They won't let me because it is not "inside the return window." So, I'm out $99 and I have one printer that doesn't work, and a second that probably won't last long, either.
Summary: When I first turned it on, there was quite a noise. I thought something was wrong. I now expect the short noise when it is turned on and do not consider it a problem. The quality is excellent. I use it for low quantity printing.
Summary: Small, compact, efficient and economical. This printer finally got me to retire my trusty H/P 842c series printers. I can't see were people are having paper jam problems, as it loads easily-just maker sure the paper goes in the lowest slot. If you load half the capacity first and the second half on top of it-it will feed correctly. Sure the toner approaches the cost of the printer-who really cares?
