Summary: I purchased this printer for a client to replace an ageing HP4000n. Was easy to setup and performs well. Initially had issues with paper jamming from the flip down tray. Called Dell support and was quickly transfered to a Tech support Guy (seem to be based in Scotland) who advised me to "program" the top tray for weight of paper. Did so and has worked fine every since. Been in about 2 months now and going well.
