Summary: I support roughly 30 of these. They are wretched. The parts are a nightmare to get, in general overpriced, dell support is slightly less pleasent than a kick in the balls, and their solution to problems is to try to up sell you on some other printer or a piece of junk software you do not need. Out of the three on the floor I am currently one, one jammed so bad after 3 months it took 2 of their techs to fix it.
Happy Owner of 3 of these Dell Printers for 4 years plus! Great customer service is what makes it work!!

Summary: Heavy duty 100,000 duplex prints over 3 printers monthly! Print quality is acceptable. Print cost per page about 0.5 cents. Issues about every 6 months which is expected. 3 year included next day onsite warranty a must. Extend if possible. Most times issues are user fixable with free overnight included parts warranty. Dell customer service usually just ships me a new/refurbished model instead of sending a technician. A huge time saver!
Summary: I purchased this as the main printer for an office of 7 people. I figured that with a monthly duty cycle of 200,000+ pages it would be able to stand up to heavy use. Boy was I wrong. It has been noting but trouble. It is jamming constantly. and when it is not jammed the print quality is marginal. After 100,000 pages over roughly 2 years, I have a "fuse approaching end of life" error.

Summary: I am surprised to see so many negative reviews here. We bought two 5330DN units right from Dell the year they launched. We put them out in a public space with about 30 users. We never needed to service either of the units at all until over a year after purchase. With our first one the Fuser failed, but there was a "known issue" so Dell replaced the entire printer for free and sent us a new one overnight.

Summary: This is the printer the audio typists use at Hansard, in the office where I work. We've had it for over a year now, and it's never gone wrong. It's easy to unjam, and it's quick, and relatively quiet too. It's dealt with an extremely high level of output with consistent reliability and performance, and I can easily recommend it.
Summary: I purchased this printer for a client to replace an ageing HP4000n. Was easy to setup and performs well. Initially had issues with paper jamming from the flip down tray. Called Dell support and was quickly transfered to a Tech support Guy (seem to be based in Scotland) who advised me to "program" the top tray for weight of paper. Did so and has worked fine every since. Been in about 2 months now and going well.
