Summary: We are having so many problems with this printer. It doesn't always print when we send an item to the printer. Our IT folks aren't sure what's going on with it. It would be great if we could at least exchange it, but we threw out all of the packaging material. CAN YOU HELP???
Summary: Basic printing is ok but tends to over-ink. Dealing with Dell is frustrating and time-wasting. Their technical support is not comfortable for Macs. Web site is a runaround. No manual included. On-line the manual is formatted for PC's. I have an iMac could not open the file. Took two hours to get the information when one of their technical support people finally reformatted into pdf and e-mailed the manual. But, I had to be fairly insistent and persistent.
