Customer support was very responive and quick. but hardware is unreliable

Summary: At first cartridge toner produced vertical strips and was replaced. New one also produced fussy spots and after 100 printed pages show error message "Toner level less than 50%". Than Dell sent printer replacement. New printer couldn't read paper tray and don't print at all and was replaced. So far didn't test a new printer and afraid it will be the same story.
