Summary: I'm giving it three stars. Here's why. I bought this printer back in 2012 as my first color laser printer. Print wise, this laser was amazing and printed everything vividly. However, I soon found out this printer had many cons. Firstly, I was unable to print many different types of paper - card stock paper cannot be printed on there. Some labels from Avery could not be printed no matter how many times I tried to feed the printer with the paper.
Summary: I have owned this printer for a couple of years. Nothing exceptional, in fact the toner cartridge life is somewhat short-lived; a couple hundred pages and you are replacing toner. Print quality is adequate, nothing beyond that. However, no jamming problems or problems with the NIC.If you need a light duty color laser this would fit the bill. In all, I would say "average".
Summary: The unit broke down after 8 months. I purchased this from Beach Audio through amazon. Beach Audio was helpful. Dell offers a one year warranty but they said the warranty expired. After many calls, about 12-15 and two weeks later, they finally got the warranty corrected.
Summary: I bought this printer because it was wireless and have had great experiences previously with Dell products. I tried for three days to get it to work with my Macs with the help of a Dell tech. Bottom line is that the software from Dell for Mac does not include any way to set up the wireless connect to a network. I had to run my Mac with Windows to install the printer on my network using the Windows software provided with the 1350CNW.
