Broke before I even got through the included toner

Summary: This printer never worked great, but I could put up with it. Now it won't even start for me at all. When I turn it on it just says error code 010-354 and refuses to print anything. It's a pretty crappy printer to break before you can even get through the original toner.
Absolutely worst service possible..throw away printer.

Summary: The printer is decent but you better know how to fix it for there is no service.
Pros: Decent printer until problem occurs.
Cons: No service....I mean none..tried working with Dell over 2 months and got no where. Buy at your own risk but I would not advise any Dell product. I have been a customer over 20 years with numerous products but never again.
Summary: "A little difficult to set up for newbs" is the understatement of the year. We couldn't get this thing set up, so we called my wife's brother who works for Dell writing their training manuals. He came over three times and never got it fixed. He has fixed everything else we've ever asked him to successfully, this this was just that impossible. We eventually just sold this on Craigslist at a huge loss and bought a different printer.
Summary: I've had this since 2/14/12 and have used it very lightly - quality has always been so so.And it juts doesn't want to work period. WHen I go print it will sit and think for about a minute - and then it hangs the document in the print queue - it also constantly resets the page size to 5.5 x 7.5 no matter what the document or printer setup says - to get past that I have to choose - over ride all paper formats.
