Summary: I dislike this printer immensely. It constantly has to be shut down and restarted between print jobs (even just minutes apart). I don't know if it loses contact or what - but it'll start up like it's going to print and then it stops and behaves as if I had never asked it to print. Only remedy is to turn it off again.
Summary: I bought this printer in October and by February it stopped working, squeaking and not printing correctly. Contacted the seller to let them know the problems with the printer was told to call Dell and after talking to Dell this customer already had a call tag in for this printer and was told by Dell there was nothing they could do until the call tag was closed by the person who purchased the printer.
Summary: I have this printer here at work and its OK. Take forever for a job to load up and print. And then if you print something by mistake, there is no way to cancel the print (other to unplug the machine). With only two buttons on the whole printer (Power button and some other button) its not the easiest to use. If you need an absolute basic basic printer that prints and you want zero frills, this one is for you. Just don't try printing a lot.
Cons: Loads Print Jobs Slow, Uses-up Toner Quickly, Poor Controls
Summary: This printer is pretty good. I use it every day at work. It could be quicker (larger jobs I send to our larger printer). But I have to replace the toner EVERY month. It blows through toner quicker than any other printer I have used. They say that the toner last for 1,500-2500 pages. I feel it only lasts for about half that much. I am up to 5877 pages and am about to install a new toner for 6th time which gives me 1175 pages per toner.
Pros: Prints what I send to the Printer
Cons: I have to replace the expensiver toner 1+ a month
