Summary: The last Dell printer I will ever buy. I used this printer for about a year. A simple little laser printer that gets the job done. However, once I switched to Windows 8, Dell discontinued driver support and the thing is now just a brick. No driver support, no workaround - nothing.
Summary: I dislike this printer immensely. It constantly has to be shut down and restarted between print jobs (even just minutes apart). I don't know if it loses contact or what - but it'll start up like it's going to print and then it stops and behaves as if I had never asked it to print.
Summary: Tell me where you can buy a Dell Laser Printer for $31. E-bay, pal. No where else. I'm cheap and this is the place to be. Dell is still giving you your money's worth. It's for home use and built to last. Aint nobody that's going to do better than me on this deal.
Summary: I bought this printer in October and by February it stopped working, squeaking and not printing correctly. Contacted the seller to let them know the problems with the printer was told to call Dell and after talking to Dell this customer already had a call tag in for this printer and was told by Dell...
Summary: I have been using this printer for a year. Bought it for $99 and thought it was a deal. When using it, it feeds multiple sheets at one time, so you end up with several blank sheets and now it has started jamming in the printer.
Summary: I have this printer here at work and its OK. Take forever for a job to load up and print. And then if you print something by mistake, there is no way to cancel the print (other to unplug the machine).
Cons: Loads Print Jobs Slow, Uses-up Toner Quickly, Poor Controls
Summary: I've had this printer for a year. I'm a grad student so I did print a lot and it started fading after about 9 months. I certainly didn't print everyday. I would say maybe 20 articles and a few papers. So the ink didn't last as long as I anticipated but fine. The BIG issue is refilling it.
