Great USB thermal printer, works great with Ubuntu (13.10) based distro's!

KB, Amazon
5 February 2014
  • Summary: Works great with Kubuntu/Xubuntu 13.10 using it with USB. Go to the citizen website and get the debian/ubuntu drivers and install them. Double click the .deb package to install it. Install the printer via the settings manager. Select Citizen for manufacture. Select the correct model or close enough under model selection. Set to default printer at the end of setup. Now you can print from applications in Linux or from the command line via lpr filename.
