Summary: Printer is easy to operate. With software included you can use compueter to assist in printing disc or you can use the keys on the printer itself. I recommand you purchase a power adaptor, It drains the power off the batteries quick.
Summary: More of a hobby printer. No real commercial use from this light weight unit. It was hard to figure out how to use the device, interfacing with the computer, use life of the ribbon. Would not buy another.
Summary: I purchased as a Christmas present for my boyfriend who just love using the printer. Of course first impression was I will never learn how to use this. However without reading the user manual in which he hates to do I was able to teach him how to use it in a matter of minutes. Therefore he loves it and I love the fact that he constantly tell me that his printer is the best present he has gotten in such a long time.
Summary: The Casio CW-K85 Thermal Printer does a really good job printing on CD/DVD's. It is easy to use and has a lot of functions for the price. Hooking it to the computer will give you more choices in font selection and locations of the word or grafic placement. Would recommend this for a small buisness or home use.
Summary: easy set-up,wide choice of printable selections -cons;cannot get link established between computer &printer, checking with manufacturer on this, but even at that-works great as stand-alone unit-Dan
Summary: It's a bit of a learning curve to use this little gem of a disc label printer, but not too steep. Then, when you print your first label, you know that it was worth the effort. An inexpensive machine that turns the mess that was your hand lettered disc labels into something absolutely crisp, authoritative and beautiful. Even if I had good handwriting, which I distinctly do not, I would still treasure this little printer for its terrific results.
