Summary: This printer is very handy for its intended purpose (for us, printing pictures from our iPhones). We couldn't get it to work properly through our home wireless router, and were ruining some ink with blank photos (the ink tape rolls from one end of the cartridge to the other even if you don't get a...
Summary: My wife came to me a couple of days ago saying that she wanted to start a memory portfolio - she wanted to be able to print from her phone, and didn't want to mess with wires and all that. I hadn't looked into photo printers for a LONG while, my last experience was ink jet.
Summary: Got this for my mom for all the family pictures she loves it and it look awesome. You are looking at a fruit roll up thermal transfer printer here. Translation it blows the socks of any ink jet. Now it is not really called fruit roll up thermal transfer. They are called thermal transfer printers.
Summary: We got my daughter a little digital camera and wanted to get a simple, photo-focused printer to use along with it that would be very easy to use, and this SELPHY is perfect. It prints beautiful 4x6 photos, has a tiny footprint (this thing is very small- not much bigger than the photos it prints!

Summary: I'm a bit confused! As I write this review, the Item is Under Review by Amazon because customers have told Amazon there may be something wrong with their inventory of the item, the way Amazon is shipping it, or the way it's described here. Well I found the description to be 100% accurate.
Summary: Great item, excellent packaging and arrived right on time as promised. Very pleased with purchase. I have used it over and over and at a cost of between 27 - 29 cents each for a fast print out - it's worth it. I can print EASILY from my Iphone or my computer or my smartcamera!
Summary: We just put some gaffer tape over the controls so no one messed with the settings. Worked with Sparkbooth on a laptop running win 7.
Pros: Was pretty bullet-proof as a printer for a DIY photobooth for our wedding recently. The little LCD screen tells you when either the color cartridge or the paper needs to be replaced. Was simple enough that our wedding guests were able to swap these out as the night went on.
