Summary: I am very disappointed in this product. I currently have this "broken" printer at home and sending it back is just more money. It worked for about 15 minutes and now I have the ink roll hanging out of the back of the printer. It's jammed and doesn't work. The thing I dislike most about this is returning it. I lose money for shipping it back, I have to pay for shipping and then I have to pay a re-stocking fee. Really-you are going to charge me a re-stocking fee...

Summary: The truth about this printer is right now it's sitting on my desk idle from the time i bought it, which is over a year now. I'm not very please with its features and i'm hoping some day i'll wake up and find some good thing to use it for. I bought it really to print passport photos; yeh right.......i hope they get the right medium and catridges for such an application some day. Not recommended if you need a serious mini photo printer.
Summary: The picture quality was good but each cassete would print a few pictures (no more than 6 when it should have printed 36) and then it refused to print and the cartridge shredded with pink film coming out and tearing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this worthless piece of junk. It happened with 2 seperate cassetes. I will NEVER buy a Canon product again.
Summary: I got many good prints from this printer for the first year. As soon as the warrantee ran out the printer quit working. Cost of fixing exceeded the cost of the printer. I have had 4 Canon printers over the past 10 years, only the oldest, a BJC-210 still works.
Summary: Picture quality was very good but after refilling the paper tray the first time the tray would not insert...The problem was loose pieces of the mechanism in the machine...I will not buy another Cannon printing devce as this is not the first time this has happen to me over the years...POOR QUALITY PRODUCT!!!
