Summary: I am having fun printing all the pictures from my camera. It is very easy to use. I bought this printer, so that I can print when every I am with family, nice to printed pictures instantly. I have no issues with this printer.
Summary: A great printer until it breaks. This was a replacement printer, the previous (same model) stopped working when the ink cartridge would not eject. But before that issue it worked very well and produced good quality photos for about 2 or 3 years.
Summary: This is great. I like using it a lot and the pictures come out nice. The ink and the paper can be pretty expensive though so I find myself picking and choosing which photos to print. It is easy to use but the display screen where you can see which photo to print is very small and not very clear so I would edit the pics before you try to print them.
Summary: I first received this printer as a Mother's Day gift and it was bundled with a Canon PowerShot Camera. It's great to be able to print out pictures so quickly, easily and beautifully. I use it at kids parties. The take pictures with their guests when they arrive and when they leave, I put the picture in a customized cardboard themed frame and place in their goodie bag.
Summary: I am very disappointed in this product. I currently have this "broken" printer at home and sending it back is just more money. It worked for about 15 minutes and now I have the ink roll hanging out of the back of the printer. It's jammed and doesn't work. The thing I dislike most about this is returning it. I lose money for shipping it back, I have to pay for shipping and then I have to pay a re-stocking fee. Really-you are going to charge me a re-stocking fee...
Summary: This is my second Selphy CP740. Unfortunately, the cartridge became lodged in the first one and I couldn't get it out. I liked the product so much, that I decided I wanted to purchase another one.
Summary: I love the Selphys but beginners need to know they run only on real Canon "ink" cartridges and Selphy-specific paper. You can download a driver and some software from Canon's website. I recommend EZ Photo Print which you have to get for the CP510 but it works with this. Disadvantages of this model are a tiny LCD and no option to use with a battery, but you can often find these for a small fraction of the price of the current model.
