You're kidding right?

mimi, Canon
27 May 2013
  • Conclusion: I've been a designer for nearly 20 years and this is the worst, most difficult to use printer I have ever found. Give me back my old clunky printers with LABELED controls, so I don't have to go back to the manual over and over.
  • Cons: Difficult to use, Difficult Setup

Worst Canon Printer Ever!

Jeepssmith, Canon
25 April 2013
  • Conclusion: Canon 9000 Mark II is horrible. Print quality is the worst of any Canon printer I have owned. It prints with blotches and bands. I have cleaned the head and cleaned the head and cleaned the head. Still prints with blotches and bands. Would not recommend this printer.
  • Cons: Slow Print Speed, Low Quality Output, unreliable

useless for me

unhappy camper, Canon
13 October 2012
  • Conclusion: I bought this printer so that I could enter good quality print for competition at my camera club. Our competitions require 11"x14" prints and this printer does NOT print that size. I should have checked the specs more thoroughly because it did say 11x14 on 13x19 papers, what a waste.
  • Pros: High Quality Output
  • Cons: does not print 11"x14"

Worst Printer I've ever had

pierre, Canon
10 June 2010
  • Conclusion: I replace an ink tank every other print. If you have infinite inks and infinite patience it does the job good enough i guess. I would not recommend it to anyone with work to do.

Printer to avoid after two years of use will get rid of it as it is the most expensive printer to run that we have purchased

Jose A Cruzat, Amazon
6 May 2013
  • Summary: I have now had the Canon Pixma Pro Mark II since November 2010 and perhaps is the worst printer that the office has purchased. Since we bought the machine we have spend more that the original purchase price buying inks.

Rubbish

Ian Struth "evertonno1", Amazon
22 January 2013
  • Summary: I bought mine three years ago and I can't get cheap inks compatible and canon inks are dead expensive 10 to 13 quid a throw!! And I know full well they are not empty and to top it all off it takes ages and I mean 20 mins plus just to print out single 4x4 written letter I think it's a very expensive...

A big disaster

geiger c0unter, Amazon
14 November 2011
  • Summary: I bought this printer and have had no end of troubles with it. Aside from having it go to the workshop for a few weeks, it jams paper, needs cleaning, eats ink, and whirrs and whines for ages, then does nothing.

  • Summary: this is a really good quality printer but it is expensive to buy and very expensive to fix shoud it break. i have had it for 18mths with no problem but now the printer head and other parts need replacing as it wont work. I must also say that dealing with Canon customer support had been appalling.
