Not good for the long term use. Best bet is to find another model or brand.

Summary: I paid 30.00 two years ago for mine at Walmart. I used it sporadically. I had to replace the cartridges one time and I just tried to print an invoice yesterday, and I keep getting paper stuck pop up, but there's no paper. I tried to restart, check my paper tray, and it just will not feed paper into the load, and the alarm light appears, pop up again. Garbage. I see people trying to sell them for over 100 bucks. lol I paid 30.00 in 2012. These are junk.
Summary: Had for four years. Still works amazing. The ink replacements are super affordable and I have a nice cannon program that came with the printer installer that tells me when and what ink is low and when to replace it. FYI, I usually have bad luck with printers. hp won't work for me at all. canon is the only brand that I have had good experiencs with, even the earlier and more expensive models always perform well.
Summary: I regrettably had to dispose of this printer this year. It finally died. But it was a no-frills, very reliable quality printer for a number of years. I have to give kudos to Canon because I contacted them and they found me a newer version that uses the same ink. That was important because I had several new ink cartridges left for the Canon PIXMA MP280 that I could use on the new printer.
Summary: It's a printer. Pictures print out nice. Scanner scans well. I'm not particularly an enthusiast for this stuff but for a casual user it works well. Using windows 7 and has worked great for it.
Summary: This was a gift from a great bunch of several jurists I work with and has even given my home office a more professional appearance. It is a bit noisy as it prints out paper product but overall features are great and easy to use.
