I love Canon and this is junk

Tech person123, Amazon
10 August 2010
  • Summary: I previously had a canon s750 inkjet printer and then bought this several years ago. Not only is unbelievably slow, but it has two major problems: constantly misfeeds paper and SUCKS up lots of ink. It has a ridiculous number of cartridges (6) and is constantly using up too much ink.

Excellent printer with chipless ink cartridge

J. Scanlan, Amazon
7 January 2010
  • Summary: This printer produces excellent results with photos. I sought this printer out because of the cheap, generic cartridges that are available for it. I print a lot of photos and this is a cheap way to accomplish the task. The printer is easy to set up, relatively quiet and very economical to operate.

Best Printer I have used

Ryan R. Tucker, Amazon
15 April 2007
  • Summary: I have used several different printers over the years and this one is by far my favorite. It is loaded with options that make printing anything a breeze. The menus are simple to use and understand. But the best feature is the ink cartridges.

A bit hard to master, but worth it

Poet Mama, Amazon
9 January 2007
  • Summary: I'm used to Mac plug-and-play equipment, so I was surprised at how long it took to set this printer up, and how carefully I had to follow the instructions. I got it all working on the first try, but then learning how to actually *print* took a bit longer.

Pixma

N. Knippen, Amazon
5 January 2007
  • Summary: Machine is very good with ink as compared to Epson all in one I owned. Photographs quality is awesome, regular print jobs (documents, label covers) so, so. So far so good. Wouldn't give whole hearted endorsement yet, but doing well so far.
