Summary: OK, first off I did not buy this printer online. I don't buy Chinese made items if at all possible so I've got to handle the box. To anyone considering the i2700 it's an excellent buy. Due to the collapse of construction in my hometown I'm maintaining a second residence where I've got work.
Summary: Bought at Frys for $20 on pallet stack sale. I checked how much the ink cost for this printer in the next isle and it cost $30 for black & color ink. I told my friend that I should just buy all the printers just for the ink! Yes, it came with ink!
Summary: I bought this printer to replace a cheap HP that would no longer feed paper. I did not expect much more than an everyday printer. I do not use it for photos or anything like that. I did try a few 4x6 prints just to see how it did. Detail was good, but the color was not correct (too much blue).

There was no time wasted setting up cartridge alignment or printing test pages etc. Secondly, I put paper into the input tray (top loading) and again I liked the way the paper is centred and aligned from both...
Summary: I have this printers I think for 3 or 4 years now and really like it. The only thing you have to bear in mind is that there is no tray coming together and so I am using the tray from my previous Epson printer (that's why Ive given 4 stars and not 5). The ink is relatively cheap as well.
Summary: Mise en oeuvre simple. Bon rapport qualité / prix pour édition de documents "basiques" en couleur. Un peu "juste" pour la photo. Un petit problème lors de la livraison: la tête d'impression du matériel était défectueuse.
