Canon PIXMA iP100 is a High Resolution Compact Printer that weighs 4.4 lbs. This lightweight printer measures 12.7“(W) x 2.4”(H) x 7.2“(D) and easily fits onto a desk with limited space or into a carry-on. The Canon PIXMA iP100 Mobile Printer not only provides quality color and monochrome business documents, charts, and graphs, but also photo quality prints.

The PIXMA iP100 can print with a print speed of up to 20 pages per minute (ppm) for black and up to 14 ppm for color. A photo lab quality 4“ x 6” borderless can be printed in 50 seconds It also comes with a pigment-based black ink that delivers laser-like sharp text and another black ink for printing rich photos. This compact Mobile printer is portable and its patented print head technology and 5-color ink system deliver a resolution of up to 9600 x 2400 color dpi with spectacular detail. The print resolution for Black is 600 x 600 dpi.

Using the Canon PIXMA iP100, you can print wirelessly from a PC, PDA or camera phone. The Canon PIXMA provides IrDA compatibility and will require mobile phone or other device with IrDA port and your phone should be positioned no more than 7.9 inches from the printer. It is also offers an optional BU-30 Bluetooth interface. The Operating distance for Bluetooth is approximately 10 meters but may vary due to obstacles, radio signals, radio interferences, magnetic fields, device sensitivity and/or antenna performance. Canon PIXMA ip100 printer's Full-photolithography Inkjet Nozzle Engineering (FINE) uses a patented print head with 1,856 precision nozzles that ejects ink droplets as small as 1 picoliter. The noise level is 38.5 dB(A) in the best quality mode and the power consumption is 9W (1.5W Standby).

The Canon PIXMA iP100 is compatible with Windows Vista™, Windows XP/2000 and Mac OS® X v.10.3.9 to 10.5.x . Accessories include PictBridge (Cable not included), USB 2.0 Hi-Speed, IrDA, Bluetooth® v2.0 and EDR(optional). Paper sizes can be Credit Card (2.13“ x 3.39”), 4“ x 6,” 4“ x 8,” 5“ x 7,” 8“ x 10,” Letter, Legal, U.S. #10 Envelopes or Photo Stickers. Canon PIXMA iP100 comes with a limited 1 year warranty with Instant Exchange Program.

  • I have just installed the Pixma software on my

    INQUIRY: I have just installed the Pixma software on my MacBookPro and my prints (text only), are very week (-50% gray), and the 4C prints (Photoshop) are weak, about 10%. The prints fly out even with a Top Photo Print setting. I am using the same basic settings that I use on my Epson 1280--with great results.
