Excerpt: The canon ipf6400 was purchased 10 days ago, it has yet to work. Canon has been out 5 times including the Canon specialist to no avail. Their approach is to just throw parts at it and hope sonething sticks.. I have asked, begged and pleaded to come and replace it since it has never worked.
Summary: Very happy so far. Only time will tell. I have a 17" Epson printer, which makes great prints, but uses up a lot of ink. Summary: we bought this printer for our small business grapic arts business...we do reproductions of1800s artwork. I did a lot or research to find a printer that would be able to print our products in a professional way. This machine lives up to all of our expectations.
Summary: Been a Canon user for quite some time (1991 - original Eos Elan 35mm film camera). Had been a user for 6 plus years running a Canon imagePROGRAF IPF5000. Made the jump to the 6400 a month ago - business is going in a larger format direction.
