Summary: I just love my canon printer. The print quality is great and the inks are inexpensive. As a matter of fact I have bought four canon printers (i250,i350) and today I am going to buy another one for my sister. Canon keep up the good work.
Summary: as a cheap college student, this was an ideal printer... until it stopped working. it would go online, then offline, back online... and offline again... while i was in the middle of printing! tried changing which port it was plugged into... but that didn't work... DON'T BUY IT!!!
Summary: I bought a Conon I350 to replace another brand that had a 90 day warranty and stopped printing after 8 months. The I 350 is quicker, easy to operate and the ink cost is a lot less than the one that died.
T.C.O - High - Print quality very average -- not a good buy

Summary: I bought this printer for its low Total Cost of Ownership as the ink tanks are relatively cheap, however after about 9 months I started to get reduced print quality "banding" which are white lines or missed sections of ink from the nozzels on the Blue part of my prints which is due to blockage of...
Summary: This printer took less than 10 minutes to set-up, and that included removing it from the box, plugging in all the cords, and installing the software. It's a bit noisy and spits out the paper too aggressively, but overall, the quality is excellent and the replacement ink tanks are cheap and available...
Summary: Hi, I was searching for cheap, fast, quality B&W and reliable printer for home priting. So far only pleasant suprises. 1. Separate replaceable print head and ink tanks. 2. Ink is CHEAP. one black cartridge lasts about 300-350 one side pages in draft mode (see next) still i did 3.
Summary: We have been SO happy with this printer after our Lexmark Z42 just got to be too expensive. A new Canon printer and cartridges was less than replacing the color and b/w tanks in the lexmark. Also, the heads only are replaced when needed, reducing cost and waste.
Summary: Quite a good printer for the price Only problem is as another reviewer pointed out below, it uses the BCI-24 print head, which isn't as available as the more popular BCI-21. But it can be purchased from around £45 if you Google for it. Cartridges are quite small, but relatively inexpensive.
Summary: In our household we have both an i350 and an i250. On both we like the print quality and ease of use. The i250 does sometimes need to be set on high quality printing to get a good looking Word document out of it. Never had that problem with the i350.
