Summary: I'm an electrician and use this to label electric panels as well as label all of my nuts and bolts etc. This product is perfect for the use that I need. The replacement tape is somewhat expensive though.
Summary: The Brother gets the job done. I wish it had a feature that would save your settings for multiple labels. I bought it just to make folders for the new years "bills" It works great for that purpose as well as labeling things around garage and house, ie tool chest etc. It is easier than setting up on the computer and also there are no limits on the label size which means you are not limited.
Summary: I needed a new Labeler. But this one is pretty easy to use. Umm 100 words.. Well The only thing I would change about it is maybe have put a backlight on the screen. Its easy to read in direct light. But any shadows and I had to tilt it to read that I was typeing things right.
Summary: I was apprehensive, at first, about it being plastic. I guess I think metal stuff is sturdier, which is old school, like me. But it's easy to use and even remembers to turn itself off when I forget to, which is perfect for a home with kids. Labels are easy to read and stick. Like your printers, it's the refills that hurt your pocketbook. But I love this thing!!!
Summary: Have always wanted a printer and this opportunity presented itself to own one at a reasonable cost. It is as I thought it would be. The loading process was easy to follow and the labels easy to prepare. This will be a great help in preparing boxes for storage.
Summary: I have an earlier model and love it - however, I bought this one to donate to a charity basket of office supplies to be part of a silent auction at a school for kids with Autism. Silent auction was held last week with many items. The Brother P-Touch was definitely the "carrot" in that basket.
