Summary: I bought the unit and shortly before the warranty the unit stopped working - We called Brothers and they said they would not replace the unit but that I had to take it to a repair place. I suggested that I run a business and use the unit every day and all day. They would not work with me.
Summary: We use this little workhorse in our home business. It is nice to have regular paper in the top tray and shipping labels in the bottom. Great print quality and the toner is much less expensive than HP brand. Don't try running recycled toner through these. We have had zero success finding a quality recycle.
Summary: This is the lowest cost printer I could find with 2 trays. There is no display so you can't tell what the IP address is without printing 3 pages. The wireless card did not work well for me so I ran a cable to connect it. Several times the wireless card stopped connecting and I had to reset the printer and go through a lengthy procedure to get the wireless connection working. It has been fine since I attached the cable.
Summary: Nice quality printer and a good value from Amazon. Purchased this Brother HL-5370dwt printer for small home based business use, 2k-3k pages per month. Needed to have the dual tray for mixed letter/legal sized printing. Have been using this printer for 3 months. Tech support grade "A" Wireless setup was a pain, however if one were to actually read all the instructions it may not be as painful.
Summary: It was a bit of a challenge setting the printer up but once I accessed an on line manual it went better. I was unable to use the disk provided as I have Windows 7. The on line manual directed me to a special driver download for Windows 7. After that it was easier. I was adding it to my home network which included an Epson Workforce 500 color printer, a Dell Inspirion 530 desktop computer, Comcast high speed internet and a Belkin router.
This is the best setup I have had! It does everything I need it to.

Summary: I have had a Brother HL-5250DN for two years. The drum light was flashing and I was needing a second paper tray. That is why I purchased this Brother HL-5370DWT. I love it because it handles legal & letter size paper. That's why I bought it. It was a no brainier because the cost of the second paper tray and drum was higher than what I paid for this one. Even though I have not needed to use the network function, I know it works like my old one. Plus it has wireless.
Summary: It took me a little while to figure out how to print on legal without having to do it manually on the printer. It is a little noisy but the speed is just right for my small business. I haven't had to print a mix of letter and legal-sized documents so I don't know if this printer will automatically change from one to the other without me having to go into the print settings. All in all, I am very happy with this product.
Summary: Had to get on line to figure out how to set up the second paper tray. Other than that it was very easy to set up and use. We have a Brother all in one with the same printer that has been very dependable. We hope for the same thing from this one.
Summary: I've been using HP stuff since the first scientific calculator, the HP-32, that came out in 1973. It used to be rock solid, designed by engineers to be used by engineers. Sadly, it's now cheap junk. The scanners in HP's all-in-one's seemed designed to fail in the thirteenth month after purchase. Some of HP's recent printers do not even implement their own Printer Control Language properly (HP PCL). This Brother printer works.
Summary: This printer is a bargain for the price. Print speed is OK, a little slow to warm up. Print quality is excellent. The duplex feature and ability to hold a full reem of paper is nice. Set up for a network printer was difficult. Tried the wireless set up and it was impossible. To be fair, it may be that our wireless SSID is not broadcast as a security measure. Gave up trying to network the printer through a wireless connection and went to a wired connection.
