Summary: Just placing paper in the manual feed tray causes a "Paper Jam". Pictures all have lines in them despite following all troubleshooting instructions. We primarily purchased this printer to print photos and we can not get it to print on photo paper from either tray.
Summary: We ordered this printer to replace a multifuntion inkjet. We were sick of buying a 3-pack of cartridges just to get one color. We also couldn't print black when a color ran out. This arrived quick with prime shipping and was in the Brother factory box. It was pretty easy to set up the wireless networking (haven't tried any other connection yet). The driver install was easy enough too on 4 PCs (2XP, Win7, and Win8).
Summary: This thing is a monster. Wish I would of spent more money for a newer model so I could have desk space! Cartridges are absurdly priced too, but that seems to be the case with all laser color printers unfortunately.
Summary: I have had this printer for a couple of weeks and so far I am happy with it. It was really easy to set up and load software on my computers. I don't print pictures with it so I am not sure how good it does with them but I use it for my travel agency and it works great for printing my forms.
Prints well, wireless is dubious, Google Cloud Print support doesn't work

Summary: I spent a while getting it going as a wireless printer, and I actually got it to print a few pages, but it seems to go to sleep in some way that can't be woken by wireless. So (as far as I could tell, and mind you, I was using Ubuntu Linux not Windows or Mac), the only way to print wirelessly was to (a) turn it off and back on, (b) walk back to your computer and print. USB printing, however is flawless.
Summary: Purchased this product because it as color laser printer that is equipped with WiFi. Was sceptical at first because I also have a HP b/w Wifi printer. My HP Wifi connectivity was a nightmare. Was on a phone with Tech Support for approx. five hours. before I was able to connect my Iphone and Ipad wirelessly. Was trnasferred all over the place from IBM bsaed to Apple based support and neither departments knew their jobs plus the instructions were poor and incomplete.
