Not reliable on Wireless, useless as an AirPrint printer.

Summary: Doesn't work well on Wireless. I bought this printer because it's on Apple's list of supported AirPrint printers. However, when setting up the printer on Wireless (I don't have a network jack in the location I wanted to put it) I am unable to print to it most of the time because it's asleep.
Deep Sleep mode...are you kidding? (plus a solution)

Summary: I bought this printer to replace an older Brother printer that I was very happy with. This printer, however, is the most frustrating piece of hardware I've ever purchased. After being turned on for just a short amount of time, it automatically goes into "Deep Sleep" mode, and the only way you can...
Summary: I am continuously getting the toner low message, and then it will not print. Doesn't matter if I've just replaced the cartridge. Authentic Brother cartridges. If the problem is Windows, I apologize for the mediocre review. I own two of these.
Good printer with awful google cloud print documentation

Summary: Overall I am happy with the printer it does everything I want it to do for a great price ($100 and $20 gift card). What I did not like so much is the documentation. It is especially difficult to install if you do not have a usb cable and use an Ethernet cable instead.
Excerpt: Using this printer at work. It does not have a paper bypass so we are constantly opening the one paper feed drawer to put in the correct paper. It also has a black line running down the center of the page when using the autofeed for copying or faxing.
Excerpt: My intention was to purchase a simple wireless printer that would print from my smartphone. I misunderstood the product details. A modem is required. I'm on leave of absence / sabbatical and do not have access to the internet except through my smartphone acting as a hot spot.
Excerpt: I chose this all in one because it had all the options and was wireless to boot! We'll wireless...not so much. Once the test page printed only the copy function was useful. I've reloaded the software 2-3 times and no luck. My home office isn't compatible with a tethered printer.
Excerpt: Ended up talking to a girl in India, trying to get the updated downloads for my Mac OSX version 10.7.5 as the disk that came with it was only rated for 10.6.?The solution seemed to fall back on the Mac people to figure out.
