  • Summary: Shortly after I purchased this copier I started getting "ghost" images, mostly in the form of pinpoint dots, evenly spaced, in a straight line down the center of the page. I called customer service, which in and of itself was a major mistake. After about two hours of messing around with them, they agreed to send me a new toner cartridge. When I get the new toner cartridge, a week later, the printer continued to do the same thing.

2070N for small business- is it right for me.

  • Excerpt: This is a printer built to replace the earlier models. It now comes in what looks like trendy grey, but dont let that make you buy it. It is a very good little workhorse and works best with (in my experience) original toners and drums BUT the memory is quite small (16mb) and the build quality isn't the best. However if you can get one on a deal (Viking direct or similar) then it isa well worth its money.
  • Pros: sensibly priced network printer
  • Cons: basically just a 2040 in new colours
