Excerpt: The HP 305 black ink cartridge does not hold true to what it states: Yields up to 2,200 pages! I have went through two cartridges and both at most have yielded no more than 800 before the print was fading. It also states that it delivers consistent, uninterrupted printing. Well not true! They should take the un from uninterrupted and put it in front of consistent and leave interrupted printing! For that matter don't buy a printer that takes this cartridge!
Summary: We purchased the HP Laserjet 400 color M451dn, before that we went through countless All-in-1 printers and this is night and day difference. As a dedicated Printer for our office, this printer is fast and efficient. The yield for black 305A cartridge is 2200 pages we always get at least 3000 pages(lasts about 1.5 months for our office.) before changing it out.
Excerpt: I highly recommend Office Depot's online ordering system. I simply select what I need, add coupon and Rewards codes and in two days it is delivered to my place of business without hassles, delivery fees, or mistakes. That's customer service and a happy consumer!
Summary: Had to replace 305A black cartridge after only 1256 pages printed when should get around 2200 pages. In other words, I only got 57% of the printed pages I should have received before needing to replace the cartridge. I'm on the second black cartridge now. It has printed 264 pages and shows 700 more remain. So again looks like will only get around 1000 pages. Like the HP LaserJet 300 color MFP but print cartridges need to be replaced too often and are expensive.
Excerpt: The HP cartridges work excellently in our HP printer. They last longer than any generic brands and provide a quality finished product. When the cartridge starts to fade, it can be removed and shaken several times to loosen additional toner, getting the most for your money. We only use HP cartridges as we can always count on them to be the best! They are expensive, but no more than any others.
Pros: Long Cartridge Life, easy to replace, Sharp Tones & Colors, Clean Replacement, dries quickly
