Pros: Worked alright, but not a powerhouse. Good value.
Cons: Died without warning when powered off and back on. Had to go to an old PS that still worked fine. Tried using it in a few other rigs and it was completely dead. Just chucked this in the trash I was so fed up with it.
Cons: Product appears to be no longer available. However, this PSU died only after 11 months of use. I hit the sleep button as usual, this time ti went into an infinite reboot process. Replacing only the PSU with a different one solved my problem. I will try to RMA this with Zalman.
Summary: Power supply makers in general need to learn that people want LONG cables so we can connect everything easily and route the wires out of the way. Other than this I couldn't be happier with my new PSU.
Pros: I had a good quality PSU before and never noticed much noise from it, but this one is noticeably quieter. I like the black finish, and I love knowing I bought a high quality PSU that's energy efficient and won't cause me any problems later on.
Cons: Short cables! I almost had to dock an egg for this. I have a nice case with a cable management area in the back. Some of the cables are too short to go through the back and come back around to the front to connect to the DVD drive, etc.
Summary: I got a Estasis I bought shell shocker about 11 months ago, that one is sweet, provided you need a 8 pin without option! lol. I'm liking that 650W Seasonic too on sale, esecpially since it's all modular.
Pros: I bought this unit in a Shell Shocker, and must say I am impressed. The cost it is now is well worth it, so right now I am feeling tickle cus' me got a killer deal. I tossed this thing into a Apevia (their PSu asbolute G-A-R-_b-A-G-E, seriously 2nd time plugged in it went LOUd POP! ) and this Zal...
Cons: I like it, it looks and feels quality, and believe me, I take me PSUs seriously. 1 rig = Corsair 850W HX model, and 2nd, XFX 850W Black Ed, but this one is every bit as solid IMO quality wise. Buy it if you're power needs are within the 500W , 36A range.
Summary: Got this in a shell-shocker price deal, and let me be the first to comment on it after the price has been slashed. There was a smattering of reviews up on the web that helped inform my own purchasing decision, and while most were positive, one commonality they shared was in pointing out what at the...
Pros: - The unit is heavy and surprisingly well-made. The black finish is a nice touch. - Each cable strand is wrapped to allow for greater airflow in the case as well as added protection against heat. This kind of thoroughness is missing from my Antec EarthWatts power supply, where Antec wrapped the m...
Cons: I am in no way affiliated with them, but "Hardwaresecrets.com" does very good power supply reviews. They had generally positive things to say about this unit, but one problem they pointed out was that the 12 volt rails were noisy, particularly when the power draw was increased to just below the 5...
Summary: This is now the forth DAW box I've built with Zalman, all are very stable.
Pros: Runs very cool due to excellent conversion efficiency of the new RS design (which also means a lower light bill each month).
Cons: Maybe the documentation could be more explicit on how to plug things in since some of the connecters are two piece to support multiple configurations. Obviously I figured it out, but the last thing you want when doing a new build is even the slightest feeling of ambiguity right before that first ...

Pros: Работает почти бесшумно.
; С виду собран качественно, приятно держать в руках.
; Провода в оплётке.
; В комплекте идёт удобная липучка для затягивания излишков проводов.
Cons: При полной тишине в помещении блок питания немного слышно.
