Newegg Listed it as 80+ gold not bronze

Pros: Prob a great powersupply
Cons: Newegg listed this as a 80+plus gold, instead what i got was the 80+ bronze. Instead of sending me what they listed it as, they just refunded my money, that is nice and all but i payed for a 80+ gold PSU that what i expected, and thats what u should of replaced my rma with. Not my fault you listed your product wrong. Going to start using a m a z o n more because of this. Fail.
Summary: This computer is not one I use often, it's a secondary unit that I run occasionally (several times a month at most). I was shocked to find out the power supply was bad to be honest, as it gave no signs of degradation beforehand. I didn't dock every egg possible, because when it was working, it worked perfectly. It was an "all or nothing" scenario in terms of it working, and the 'nothing' part seems to have come quite suddenly.
Pros: When it was working, it was quiet, and there were no power fluctuations of any kind.
Cons: Went to turn on the computer and all I got was a single beep on POST. After some troubleshooting and parts swapping, the power supply was the culprit. The spare 305W one I had ran the same system this could not. Hopefully a replacement unit will not have the same results.
Summary: The fan should be more durable. Improve the fan please.
Pros: Does what it says, used it for a year and a half and have no problem at all. Except one little thing, the fan started making noise after 15month, and I'm regretting for not registering the product to be eligible for 5years warranty.
Cons: Fan is silent, but after 15month, it started to make clicking noise. I've encountered another user with the same problem as me, he also have problem with the fan after 1year++ usage.
Cons: Wiring is pretty thick, so kind of a double-edged sword -- lots of connections but a lot of wasted space in the case as well as a result. I knew it wasn't modular when I bought it though, so I guess this is what I paid for. This PSU failed for me after 2 years and 4 months. I've submitted a ticket hoping to replace this item under the warranty so we'll see how that goes.
Good PS and great sale price. Support is non-existant.

Summary: I don't understand what happen with XFX support. They had a functional support log in site and they took care of issues. Now, they have a support page that was designed by a high school drop out and do not return emails when you need help. XFX can we fix this or do I need to look at another manufacturer?
Pros: Voltages are good with the boards I am using and stable. Happy with the quality.
Cons: Tech support page and tech support response has become an act of futility. Support page was re-done (it is horrible and hard to use compared to old page). Out of 4 emails in 2 months, I have received a grand total of 0 responses. Not happy....
Power supply is great! Support has become non-existant

Summary: I have bought a truck load of XFX products and only had problem with the HD7770 video card in 2 years. Signing into support was easy and the email response was like 24 hours. I have sent 4 emails in 2 months with no response. IF I could register my products and get some support, I would buy XFX products. If I cannot register my products to get the full warranty, I will have to consider other brands in the future.
Pros: I have used at least 4 of these is the last year and they work very well. The P4 connector can be a little short with cases with power supply on the bottom, but seems to work ok.
Cons: I have been trying to register 2 products for 2.5 months with several emails to support with no response. If you do not register in 30 days, you do not get the 5 year warranty. IF not, your warranty is reduced to like 1-2 years?
Summary: I don't blame xfx for my bad experience, i know from friends and numerous online reviews that their psu's are top quality.
Pros: High quality psu True wattage guarantee great warranty
Cons: My psu arrived damaged, the bottom corner was bent inwards and the box looked as if it had been dropped from the Eiffel tower. The box it was shipped in however was not damaged, leaving me to believe it was already damaged when it was shipped and not by fedex. I'm going to install it in a few days to make sure it works, and if it does i guess i will just deal with the fact that it is ugly. i usually recommend newegg to everyone but i'm not sure i will any longer. to t...
Summary: Try buying a different company's product. The customer service isn't really that enjoyable, the products are "meh", and the variability between the same products is too high for a cautious consumer to risk.
Pros: It's affordable. You won't lose your lunch over this product. It also covers any basic gamer gear, in regards to power.
Cons: It's pretty annoying with the cords spewing everywhere. I would have imagined that they would have fixed that issue before shipping it.
Summary: I would rate it higher if it wasnt for the heat it puts off. My office runs about 2 to 3 degrees hotter than the rest of the house because of the heat from my computer. A large contributor to that is this PSU.
Pros: It looks good, has good fans on it and any connection you would need. Worked great for my SLI setup.
Cons: This runs pretty hot. I do put a load on it. I have a few hard drives, 2 vid cards, several fans. But its all within the power supplies abilities. Being so, this power supply is one of the biggest heat generators in my computer when Im gaming.
