Summary: I ordered this model on wednesday April 9th 2014 for around $148. It is advertised as the XFX PRO Black edition but the model I received was the XFX XTR 750. The XTR is the REPLACEMENT for this "Pro Black Edition" series and is of a lower build quality.
Summary: Generates a whine when the PC is in sleep mode. Very noticable - makes it impossible for me to sleep in the same room as the PC is sleeping in. Seemingly the only way to eliminate this is to unplug the PSU each night :(
Pros: Works as advertised, Nice packaging
Cons: Transformer Coil Whine when PC is asleep, Included cables are chintzy
Summary: I would not buy this brand again, if it goes out - I'm stuck...
Pros: Nice looking, seems well made, all the cords i needed
Cons: I was getting no powerup. Instructions give no debug instructions. No phone number. i entered an RMA in the website and three days later no response. i was able to figure it out as a miss-placed plug, otherwise i would have had no choice but to return it. After 30 days, i'd been stuck.
Great power supply. Customer service was not as great.

Summary: The quality of the power supply for the price can't be beat. It's almost worth the trouble of going through customer service for any issues. Hope that nothing goes wrong and you will have a great product.
Pros: The power supply runs cool and quiet. Gives it's rated power without any problems. It's an excellent power supply with quality components and excellent performance. The full modularity is a plus for cable management and the cables look clean enough without the need for sleeving.
Cons: I'd have to say my worst gripe about the power supply wasn't the power supply itself, but the customer service. The box was missing cables. First I tried going to XFX's website to try to contact customer service, but there was no obvious contact email. The customer service number wasn't to call c...
Summary: If your product doesn't have any issues, this is a great product. Be aware though, that if you do have issues, you may have a hard time getting them resolved without a complete RMA.
Pros: This product is a solid PSU. Worked well out of the box, modular cables are an awesome feature, stable voltage, very high quality product.
Cons: Support is horrendous. They sent me two CPU cables instead of two PCIe cables, and I contacted support over a month ago. I got one response asking for an address to send an extra cable to, and then nothing. I have responded approximately 5 times seeking an update on my plight, and no response, no...
Summary: I've bought several XFX Power Supplies and a few Corsair ones and XFX always live up to their name. Another great PSU from them, I'd always recommend getting a fully modular PSU or at least a semi-modular one, especially if installing in a mid-tower case.
