Summary: Installing this power supply enabled adding a second video card to my system so I could expand from two to four monitors. Fabulous! This power supply had all the connectors to fit my motherboard.
Pros: Flexible configuration Easy to install Quiet Reliable brand name
Summary: been hunting for the reason my OC wasn't working, and been wondering why 2 graphics cards I put in my machine were dying after replacing the mobo/cpu. Turns out it was this piece of hardware that killed it. I'm glad I found out before it fried my SECOND graphics card. Wish I never bought this.
Pros: - cheap - "700W" - long cables
Cons: - kills your hardware due to lack of consistent output (over and under) - not efficient - cables are long, but in some cases still not long enough, or way too long for a cable that is never used by most set ups (P4)
Pros: For the price, this is a pretty good PSU. You can feel the heavier construction compared to other PSU's in this price range. Also has pretty much every connector you will need.
Cons: BUT! I bought 3 of these PSU's when doing a couple builds at the same time, march 2014. two of them are still going strong,,, But the one on the higher use system (On 24/7, overclocking and stress tests frequent) the PSU outright failed ~ january 2015. There had been random restarts/other PSU rel...
Pros: non sleeved cables in a small case make it easy to arrange them. i have a a small mid tower case with a matx board and it worked perfect . intel core i7-2600 12gbs of ram amd radeon hd 6990 tr2 700w psu stock coolers on cpu and gpu powers it perfectly and gaming so far has seen zero flaws.
Summary: Not that many cons besides the fact I need a new PSU now. It would've been a good power supply would it have lasted.
Pros: Good power output for the price. Very quiet, never even heard it. Plenty of cords. Had my i7 overclocked, along with my R9 290 and it didn't seem bothered.
Cons: Cords aren't braided aside from the 24 pin. Not the prettiest I guess. Annnddd it died after just over a year. Put my computer to sleep for the night and the next morning it was kaput. Luckily it was just the PSU that was shorted out.
Quiet easy to install if you have some computer savvy

Summary: Quiet easy to install if you have some computer savvy. We had fire shoot out of a fairly new computer thru the power supply fan, Then everything went off. Yanked out the old power supply and in two days installed this one. This computer is working perfectly now.
Summary: I like the old style cabling on these because if I ever do have to do any troubleshooting all the wiring is exposed, when was the last time you tried to troubleshoot a modular unit?
Pros: I will buy Thermaltake products because they are good quality and they have not let me down. I own 2 of these power supplies and use them in high power rigs and they never give me any problems. They are built very sturdy and install easily in just about any case. I have 3 different brand cases an...
