  • Summary: I bough this to power 3 HD7950 OC h 1.2Ghz. I previously bough an Antec gamer 900watt but it was unable to power the 3 card at the same time due to the dual rail setup. This single rail PSU is a beast. I never saw something that big. It kept my 3 card running at 100% for a couple of month without any issue.
  • Pros: A lot of power
  • Cons: really big and heavy

  • Summary: I bought this PSU because it was on sale. Originally was going to purchase the Seasonic X 1000W 80Plus Platinum but with the 1250 - 80Plus Gold being on sale.. I coudn't resist. The reason for going with the Seasonic brand was because from what I've read it's the leading brand in quality and they are used for other PSU companies only rebranded. I am not disapointed with my purchase.. it is powerfull and quiet.
  • Pros: Fully modular.. comes with every type of connection needed for your motherboard. Extremly quiet!
  • Cons: The CPU connector is way too short.

  • Summary: My SST-1200 was packing it in, random restarts, especially during Borderlands 2... This thing is amazing, I did do alot of research, although its not a true single rail, it does divert all power to a single rail. Depending on your build, the CPU cable may be too short, but I got custom cable extensions anyways, looks so much better. I have a 3way CFX HD7970 setup, overclocked X79 system, custom watercooling, its .5% from being a platinum.
  • Pros: 8x6+2pci-e cables, very stable.
  • Cons: ugly color, really stiff cables.

  • Summary: Can't go wrong with this PSU. Easily do quad SLI/XFire.
  • Pros: Best PSU on the market in the 1200 range. Has the best voltage regulation of any PSU.
  • Cons: Modular cables are way too short. Really hard to hide the cables in a mid tower. Extensions are needed.

  • Summary: The Good: I build and sell PCs. A customer requested this model. I've never built a PC with this expensive of a PSU - usually I spend no more than $100-$150 max as you can get quality Antec or Corsair PSUs among others at that price. Let me just say, the adage "you get what you pay for" certainly holds true for PSUs. This one is pricey but the moment you get this, youll see everything about it screams luxury. I was absolutely impressed by this PSU.

Great

  • Summary: Don't use the hybrid mode. Use the fan to keep your components cool and long life. Wait for it t go on sale.
  • Pros: The best PSU out there. This is better than the Corsair AX1200 that I replaced with. Lots of connectors, stable, and I got it while on sale with a 15% discount, so cheaper than the Corsair even after the rebate. I bought one and then bought another for my client, both on sale 15% off at different times. This is for my client.
  • Cons: 8-pin CPU connector is short, and the 24-pin is a bit short for my client HAF 932 full tower.

A Dodge Cummings Diesel among PSU's :o)')

  • Pros: I intentionally over bought. The fear after the Roswill 650w failure and fear of it taking out everything with it, convinced me to spend the extra cash. I'm not sorry in any way that I did. It's BIG, but it fit in my Enermax without any trouble. It has a power switch for Normal & Hybrid Silent Fan Control & since I am not taxing this supply in any way, it's on. One big plus is the heavy cables aren't all attached & you only attach them when you need them. WTG Seasonic...
  • Cons: Stiff Cables- figure out each plug you'll need and plug them in to the PSU, bend them to shape before installing the PSU into the tower. Even in a roomy tower it gets crowded quick.
