Summary: This is my second Seasonic PSU and as with the first I am absolutely 100% satisfied! I am powering an Intel i7 4790 CPU, 32 MB's GSkill ram, two Gigabyte GTX 780's, 15 case fans ( Corsair 900d ), two Swiftech MCP35X pumps and this just idles along happily. I purchased custom made individually sleeved cables and could not be happier with the performance and appearance of this PSU.
Summary: Future customers PAY CLOSE ATTENTION. This is the best power supply, bar none. 97% OF THE POWER SUPPLIES OUT THERE ARE MADE BY THIS COMPANY. Power supplies are at the heart of any system, why skimp on the money you spend on something as important as clean power ? This unit is worth every dime and has the industries leading warranty.

Summary: Do Not buy this PSU if u appreciate your money and time. After Using a while, like for a half year, this PSU fails to start. Believe me this fail is so common for this PSUs. This is due to their so called voltage control and protection technology that fails after using it for certain amount of time. Generally this PSU is great. That's why I bought it. I watched and read tons of reviews on it. Everybody was saying that this psu is great.
Summary: Heavy excellent quality PS. The cabling is sturdy and there is an abundance of modular cables. One of the better guarantees is included and the modular cables make for a clean install. Platinum 80 should save on power bills. Overall quality throughout. I highly recommend this unit. So far has performed without a hiccup.
Summary: SeaSonic Platinum PSUs are hands down the highest quality ATX power supplies money can buy. You definitely get what you pay for, and in the long run you'll be happy you spent a few extra dollars to have a high quality PSU that will last for years and run at peak efficiency.
Capacitor exploded after 2 minutes under idle load

Summary: I've had good luck with Seasonic in the past, and largely dismissed the rumors that they were generally inferior to Antec, Corsair or Thermaltake. However, after my latest experience I must agree with what I've heard. I originally purchased the 860W version, and after arriving DOA I thought I'd order the 1000W just to be safe. Well, my reward was about 2 minutes of successful operation under idle loads, a loud pop and a Wile E. Coyote-style puff of gray smoke.
Summary: I ordered the the Seasonic on recommendation from a friend 5 stars given for quality of performance, build and most importantly it provides a very stable power supply esp. for Motherboards. Easy installation/operation. Would highly recommend to anyone, esp. for a new build.
Summary: There is no other power supply I have ever seen or read about that is built like I would build one for myself. These are the quality of parts that I use when making equipment. With the exception of the fan, this thing will still be running when you pay the mortgage off. BTW, removable plate for replacing the fan 7-10 years down the road--making it nice and easy for it to go the next decade on the rest of the hardware!
