Not sure of this PS

Shawn F, Amazon

  • Summary: My computer was noisy and quit. I bought this power supply based on specs and reviews. Now it's quiet as a mouse. Unfortunately, my computer shutting down periodically. Not sure that I can blame this power supply. It's only 350 watt, which I thought would work.

Good. Reliable. But Cheap.

Joshua H., Newegg
13 December 2014
  • Summary: Overall I would recommend this power supply as a replacement in a factory system. It's cheap. Reliable. And gets the job done. But as for a serious gaming PSU? Save you're money and get something better. Mine worked fine out of the box. And has been working fine for 6 months now. So for the money.
  • Pros: Psu itself is high quality. Quiet. Reliable. VERY affordable.
  • Cons: No PCI connectors. Short wires. Plugs are cheap plastic. Wire is short and ugly.

  • Summary: Worked just fine for an old Intel Core 2 system. Probably better units out there but this worked well for what it is.

  • Summary: Very good and cool power supply for low-power machines. Coupled with a UPS, this powers my media server in a file cabinet. The previous PSU was a 250W Lite-on that ran significantly hotter, despite the very low ~100W draw (60W processor, SSD, optical drive, eSATA muliplexer card, and 4 memory...

Works great - Simple design. Nothing Fancy.

  • Summary: If you are purchasing this product, I can assume you are replacing a power supply for a computer in which is being used as a standard desktop. This is not a power supply that should be purchased for a gaming machine or anything that needs any "umph". Worked right out of the box with no frustration.

It installed easily with all cables reaching okay

  • Summary: Has been powering my HP m9510f desktop (full-size case) PC for 5 days now - reasonably quiet, working okay. It installed easily with all cables reaching okay. There was a very minor fit issue with the 120VAC connector hitting a piece of the case, but the screws reached and the case bent to fit.
