Excerpt: Its a decent low cost PSU. My Brother and I have had good service from it. Some say it is a clone of a crappy brand and is actually only 450 watts, Others say it cant go 300 watt. I suppose I got lucky since mine produces 500 watts no problem and runs a i5 and dual video cards. Maybe mine is just a fluke, Or maybe some people love to spit out words to see were they splatter.
Summary: I bought this for an upgrade I made to my system about two years ago and it's still running strong. It's very quiet and efficient and I have had absolutely NO issues with it for two years. It's also a very nice looking power supply if you have a case with a window or something, it will look good in it. I will say it is a little bit over-priced but it is a GOOD power supply so it's all good in the end!
WARNING - No longer any customer support for this item

Summary: I initially purchased this for my first computer build 3 years ago. I have never had any problems with it - it is an outstanding PSU. However, be warned that as of 2012, this item is discontinued by rocketfish. I needed to replace the peripheral connector cable (the female molex cable that comes with the unit) because I lost it, but after numerous emails and to customer service, I have not received a single response as to where I can get a replacement.
Summary: i gotta say i was surprised when i recieved this item! its high quality! it works. i play battlefield 3 no problem in ultra settings. 80 plus certified. and its modular. and it lights up you pc! pretty friggin nice for a 30 dollar psu! now for the people thinking about getting this, get it. its a steal. dont listen to other people telling you this is crap. THIS IS NOT CRAP. this psu works and does what its suppose to. it never DOAed on me.
Summary: Pros: Nice LED. MODULAR! Dual rail Very nice finish Cons: I thought it was 600w... It's 600W MAX, 500 stable. Still a bargain, and these PSUs are HEAVY. A good sign for longevity. Side note, the light is a lighter shade of blue, almost aqua. Very nice.
Summary: Bought at BestBuy because I needed a new one right away and couldn't wait for one to ship. Everything went fine for 8 months, then yesterday turned on computer and immediately smelled an electrical fire smell. The power supply had burned up. I keep my machine clean, so it wasn't because of dust or lack of ventilation. I wish I hadn't lost the receipt!
Summary: Pro's Nice large fan Heavy duty construction (you can see through the fan shroud that the components inside are of decent quality) Modular design makes it easy to route cables Motherboard and CPU cables along with the other cables are wrapped in a wiring harness Con's Wish it was 600 watt =)
Summary: Bought the power supply last year at best buy when my prior one died for a quick replacement. It worked well for a little over a year supplying all my parts the power they needed through two different builds. Until yesterday when I came back from some errands and upon powering on my system it shot sparks into my case. This is a cheap power supply that has half of the internal parts covered in some sort of adhesive caulk.
Summary: I needed a cheap psu to replace my dieing psu I had that was shorting out in my case. Bought a used unit on here and it came in 2 days. I didn't want to buy a generic power supply but a modular psu for $24 bucks is a steal. This should tie me over till my taxes so i can get a corsair or thermaltake.
