Summary: I expected the fan to be more quiet while spinning, it's not totally silent and it makes my PC noisier, but luckily the option of turning off the fan is there, I'm happy with it now while it's not even breathing :D
Summary: Great! better than I was expected!. I'm not an expert so maybe this is a reason way I did not understand how to conect to my motherboard Asus P6T deluxe CPU conector. It's have 8 pines. And the CPU cable on this EVGA have 2 of 4pines. But was perfect connecting both.
Summary: Works as intended. Good quality PSU for the money! Connectors on cables are excellent quality and have firm connections ( I have seen other well known brands that start with the letter "C" that are getting cheap on connector quality.) So it is a big deal..
Summary: Great power supply, everything is running smoothly and couldn't be happier. The only con that I came across is the courier(ontrac), didn't arrive at the time it was suppose to and immediately declare it was on time in the tracking.
Summary: I can't say enough about this power unit I selected after a long review of all the top contenders. Been building high-end PCs for engineering and graphics for over 30 years, but been lazy about this for the last 12 while opting to just buy canned systems from Dell. So I had catching up to do, and found my instincts and research were sharp as ever. This is FIRST CLASS all the way.
Summary: Rating a power supply without delicate instruments to measure all those electrons flowing everywhere is difficult, if not impossible, to do. Having said that, this unit is performing exactly as expected. My criteria for purchasing this particular one came down to Name (EVGA is a well respected brand and SuperFlower is the actual maker of this unit, also well respected for its power supplies), warranty(10 years...nice!
Summary: This power supply is incredible. I'm only using about 350 Watts of this beast, but it will be nice if I ever upgrade to a second video card. The cables are very well made, plenty long enough, and are labeled as to not plug them into the wrong contact, I like the PCI Express cables being red (although they are a little too long in my mid-tower case), the 10 year warranty is amazing, and EVGA support is stellar.
