Summary: EVGA is a great company and makes great products. Will definitely purchase from them again
Pros: First time buying EVGA- Previously had a Cougar Power Supply. I can fully say I will buy EVGA again. True Full Modular- Easy for Cable Management Includes Bags for Excess cables and Power Supply Sleek and Smooth Large fan on top for good air movement
Summary: excellent PSU with more than enough output and options for just about anyone other than heavy overclocking enthusiasts.
Pros: quiet excellent performance pleasant aesthetic
Cons: bright red video card power cables may have made sense if I had an EVGA mobo. but as I don't, I find it kind of annoying that I would be expected to spend more money to get uniform-colored cables after buying a premium PSU.
Summary: Other than Never Build Your Gear On Friday--nothing really. Now I gotta see how many hoops I gotta jump through for a refund.
Pros: enough juice to run what you got. Pretty quiet, easy install and plenty of cables.
Cons: ordered 2. 1 was doa and I wound up having to buy one at a local shop to get my rig up and running. Really upset me because I paid a premium price for premium gear and wound up with my pants around my ankles.
Summary: I have never bought anything from EVGA before but after doing some research decided to give them a chance in my new build. Glad i did.
Pros: I have had quite a few power supplies in my life. This one is by far the best I've used yet. The cables are nice and they have plenty of length to reach even if your power supply is mounted at bo...
Summary: I have this beast in a SilverStone Temjin TJ08B-E case. (upper mount p/s). I can't fit a CD drive in it with any clearance for wires. Oh, and my GTXS970's aren't whining
Pros: I recently purchased an ASROCK X99 M with 32 GB and a pair of Zotac GTX970 boards. After surveying complaints about "coil whine" by owners of the 970's, I began to suspect their boards were whining about their power supplies.
Cons: This thing is big. It fits a standard hole pattern in the back, but it's depth is significant..
