  • Summary: It would be better if the power plug were a flat plug.
  • Pros: Reasonably compact and slim design.
  • Cons: The included USB (~ 4') is too short to connect my desktop computer to the UPS, which I keep on the floor. [minor gripes] The battery slide-door is a bit difficult to open. No Mac UPS management software.

  • Pros: We use these Eaton 3S models as the replacements to the Powerware 3105 where I work (I'm an "IT Technician" at my company, which really means I'm Help Desk/PC Technician/System Administrator/Network Administrator) and I use one to protect my work Precision T1650. We also use them for our AutoCAD users' workstations, and they perform well in that environment. I liked them so much I purchased one for home as well due to heavy power outages in my area due to old trees ta...
  • Cons: USB cable length is a tad shorter than I'd like, but that gripe primarily applies to user workstations that I cover at work where facilities put in rather IT unfriendly desks. It's long enough for where I tend to place it at my own desk both at work and home.
