Summary: This PSU does its job so well, I haven't had to think about it. It's quiet (the fan only runs on high load, and is pretty quiet itself). I have experienced no ticks, clicks, or coil whine. All the cables are flat, even the 24-pin, which helps cable management. The plugs fit securely with no wiggle. The sockets and cables are all labeled. It installed easily and has worked perfectly ever since.

Summary: This modular power supply makes cable management easy. If you see a cable that was placed in a awkward position to the mobo, optical drive, graphics card, ssd, etc., all you have to do is to pull the plug on the power supply side and reroute it. Very simple without touching your sensitive hardware. The fan only comes on when it is needed during heat buildup, very quiet.
... have never owned a silent psu so I was amazed at how hot the unit got

Summary: I have never owned a silent psu so I was amazed at how hot the unit got. To those who might not know: this psu does generate a lot of heat due to the silent nature of the psu. The fan will not run until your system is using 40% power so adjust your case fans accordingly. The heat could potentially keep your gpu from getting cool air so make good use of those side fans if you have the option.
Summary: Only in use for a week but I am running and AMD 9-270x video card performing coin mining 24x7 and appears to be well no noise!!!!! Fan that is from the PS - case fans and card fans - another story!!!
