Kirisa E., Newegg
5 May 2015
  • Summary: This has been a good little power supply for not much money. Its been completely stable through everything I normally do on my computer (light gaming, lots of Youtube videos and internet browsing, voice chat and Facebooking).
  • Pros: The blue color accents match my case color scheme. Very quiet - the fan almost never spins up, except for during boot up. Even under load during my usual daily gaming, it never seems to spool up louder than the case fans.
  • Cons: None that I have seen in the months since I built my computer.

  • Summary: First one died within a few hours, but Newegg was very helpful and got me a replacement right away.
  • Pros: Works well, looks good, and seems to be very efficient. Cables seem to be of high quality.
  • Cons: QA could be better

DOA

JESSE G., Newegg
12 March 2015
  • Summary: DOA, and I waited too long to put the build together before testing it, so now I can't send it back! Lovely
  • Pros: Looks, quiet at low loads, wrapped cables
  • Cons: Not modular, but you get what you pay for.

So far So good

Steven P., Newegg
21 December 2014
  • Summary: Since the product is refurbished it comes with a 1 year warranty for Corsair which might be gamble to some people over buying it new but it should still be sufficient if something goes wrong in most cases because that would happen early on.
  • Pros: Corsair is known for never making bad power supplies and this one doesn't disappoint. The fan doesn't even come on unless you draw I believe 300 watts. The blue LED you can turn off and on inside the PSU is a nice touch. Bronze certified.
  • Cons: Only color is blue unlike the higher wattage GS models.

Worked... for about 3 weeks

Steven P., Newegg
21 December 2014
  • Summary: It's good that this product is covered under a year warranty (refurbished). I'm pretty disappointed, Corsair has a good reputation for their power supplies.
  • Pros: Worked for all of 3 weeks
  • Cons: Stopped working in less than 1 month

  • Cons: Seems Good, but the down fall is the Refund which makes a lot of sense for the price.

Outstanding PSU.

Sian M., Amazon
29 January 2014
  • Summary: Bought this to power a mini-itx gaming rig I built for my son in December. It's very quiet and has no problem powering his system, which contains all the latest hardware (including a GTX770 video card). It provides plenty of power for everything and fits perfectly in his Thermaltake A30 case.
