Summary: Installed ps, connected it and turned on. Running a X79 setup with a 3820 for now along with 2 XFX 7950's, 1 Samsung ssd, 3tb Seagate, 16gb ram along with 7 fans, Corsair H80i, 2 blu-ray burners.
Summary: This is an excellent PSU. I have a backup battery on my computer and this more efficient unit really extends the length of that batter quite significantly if you're just on normal PC usage. The modular design really helps cut down on cable clutter.
Pros: - Very good and efficient PSU., - Corsair Link, - Exceptional quality and reliability, - Fully modular design really cuts down on unnecessary cables.
Summary: So far a very awesome power supply. Running i7-3770k and 2 GTX 670's with no problem at all. Hopefully planning to water cool in the future. Moderate O.C. so far. Corsair link is kinda cool if you into monitoring all of your gear. There is a self test button. Tried it and it works. Great packaging. Unit came in a velvet bag and the cables came in a pouch. 7 year warranty and 80+ platinum PSU. Awesome!
Pros: + 80+ Platinum, + Fully Modular, + Sleeve black cables (You can purchase color ones on corsair site), + Very quiet, Fan is off during idle, + Got it for 189.99 during sale
