Summary: Excellent PSU... Pros: I've been using this item for a week now and all I can say in a simple word is "Perfect". This item is in high quaility (Thanks to Seasonic). There is nothing to regret. I've no coil whine problem. It runs my system including 11 fans without an issue. Cons: Nothing so far.

Summary: works as advertised. the only thing I dislike about corsair's PSU is that their modular cables cannot be used across models. so the -1 star is due to me having to rewire the whole desktop again instead of just replacing the blown PSU with a new one with all the wirings intact.

Summary: Great PSU. I was choosing between AX860 and AX860i and didn't hesitate to pick the AX860. The only difference between the two is the Corsair link software on the AX860i. The Corsair Link software is buggy and have read a lot of bad reviews about it.

Summary: This is an EXCELLENT PSU and very quiet. I like the hybrid mode as well. Yes, this PSU costs a little more than most in its class. However, it's hard to beat the dependability of PLATINUM rating. You also make up the extra costs over the long term because of fewer watts consumed at the wall.
The fully modular design was a good idea. I would like to say this also

Summary: I was very skeptical about going with a Seasonic OEM PSU due to the many complaints I've read here and other online retailers about DOA and coil whine with these units. At the same time most who build higher end systems say, "Go Seasonic or go home!
Summary: This power supply has whine noise. I've had three of them - they all make the noise. Usually only when running certain applications, though, and it's so rare that I can hardly call it a fault.
