  • Pros: It's cheap, has plenty of connections, the main cable is covered, so that's a plus.
  • Cons: Not braided, loud.

Works for Old Comp

Stephen H., Newegg
8 July 2014
  • Summary: I bought this to replace a dead Dell power supply for my mom. Her machine is older and only had a low-power power supply to begin with. It works nicely and it's even slightly better power than what she started with.
  • Pros: Works for low end machines. Fits ATX boxes without issue. Not DOA.
  • Cons: None that I can tell yet.

Stephen D., Newegg
25 March 2014
  • Summary: Not for more than I DVD burner at a time.
  • Pros: Cheap for the price
  • Cons: It is actually a 300W PS that is over rated. Just look at the picture of the back of the PS.

It does what it's supposed to!

Ivan C., Newegg
20 October 2010
  • Summary: It works! Brought an old Windows 2000 machine at work back to life.
  • Pros: This thing is easy to install and get your machine back up and running. Backward compatible with older machines.
  • Cons: The power cord is not too long. It's easy to hit the power switch in the back and accidentally shut down the machine.
