Daniel L., Newegg
8 March 2013
  • Summary: I do not hold newegg at fault. This is a MFG defect. I can sy this. With the customer service, excuse me lack of, I will never own another cooler master product again. Between Case Cooler and Power Supply I spent almost $500. The fan controller is useless the case because of this really bothers me.
  • Pros: My pros will always be overshadowed by the fact cooler master can't fix this. Pros The case is awesome except below.
  • Cons: Great Idea except the bottom 3.5" Bay is useless. Nothing will snap tight like in all the other bays... I cannot fit my fan controller in. Cons- Cooler Master. ....Day # 3 and still nothing.. ???? Do I need to get a refund on all of this and go use thermaltake cases and power supplies and water c...

  • Pros: Easy to install, fully modular.

  • Pros: Looks Nice, Comes with free fan controller
  • Cons: DOA, It turns Motherboard lights on for 1-2 second(s) then fade. Not work the discount/hybrid name. Save yourself some time and just pick up a CM 1000w Silent Pro. I love CM, but this model just isn't up to their standards.

stop working after 5 months

Duane G., Newegg

  • Summary: When we bought this, it only had a couple of reviews so we took a chance, not again, I'll wait for several good reviews next time.
  • Pros: ran good and quiet for about 5 months. Love the modular design and seperate fan controler
  • Cons: stop working after 5 months, Newegg has a 30 day return policy so not sure who to contact or what to do now.
