Summary: My 10 year old desktop, which I built myself started to freeze, shutdown and was becoming just unreliable. I did a little research and noticed that the voltage that the machine was getting was just all over the place, so I knew it was time to replace the power supply.
Summary: I recently built an i5, 650gtx computer and bought this guy to help take advantage of the lower power consumption parts. Unfortunately the case and motherboard are ATX size and this guy would definitely be better suited for a mid-ATX.
Summary: My old Radeon 4850 was going bad, so it was time to upgrade the video card and I needed an inexpensive power supply to replace the 350 watt OEM part. This 500 watt Coolermaster looked like just the ticket to provide the extra juice without busting the budget.
Received bad unit on 1st shipment, 2nd works just fine.

Summary: I ordered this powersupply and upon installing it would turn on computer for a second and shut off. Checked it with powersupply tester and found that it was doing the same thing on that too. It was obvious that this powersupply was faulty.
