Works very well

Summary: I've owned this PSU for a week and it has been quiet and reliable, it just works. 460w is plenty of power for my build. ps I got it as an Amazon Warehouse like-new refurb and frankly I think it is a steal.
Summary: This item arrived on time and in good condition. It was needed to replace the weak stock unit that barely had enough power for the basic computer. Adding some peripherals and a video card upgrade caused the old power supply to shut down under the load. This power supply handles the load with no problem. It has many built in safety functions. Plus, it's quiet and the price was great.
Summary: It does what a computer power supply is supposed to do and that is to supply DC power to the motherboard and other PC components. It fit in the PC case without a problem. I really liked the 20 to 24 pin P1 motherboard connector which allows this PSU to work with either style of motherboard. One of the best things about it is that it provides more amps or current on the 12v rail than the standard 350w power supply.
Summary: I recently had to give my 430W power supply to my sister because her old Antec unit had faulty capacitors. Needless to say, I needed a new power supply for myself. I ordered this Cooler Master 460W power supply as a direct replacement for my no name 430W PSU. After a prompt delivery and quick installation, I'm happy to report that this unit is whisper quiet, has a dedicated rail for a PCI-E graphics card, and works without issue.
Summary: I was making plans for putting together a new computer and I had plenty of information from my dad (he "pressure tests" equipment because of his job) except for power supplies. So, instead of asking him I did some research and found this: [...] The guy talks about how he got information from a website (Nvidia I think) about how all power supplies were manufactured the same. Individual companies would then rebrand them and sell them.
Summary: Just rebuilt a friends computer that was damaged from an electrical storm.Nothing fancy.Cooler master offers an affordable and reliable product that you can trust.Im sure this unit will run great for years to come.Thats exactly what i want, and the price is nice!
Summary: I ordered this fan for a friend that wanted to upgrade his computer to play newer games. It came today and he installed it in 45 minutes (fan for dummies) even though everybody else takes only 5 minutes. The instructions are worthless and it came with more wires than the older 250W fan, so he was worried it might not come out right. Well this thing is whisper quiet and you can only hear it when starting the computer or running certain programs.
good replacement psu, but may need sata cable extender

Summary: I got this to replace the PSU for a Dell E521 (about 3 years old, psu started making a nasty noise). The power rating for the original is 305W, so this one at 460W is more than adequate. (An online calculator suggested that I needed 365W.) I would describe myself as relatively inexperienced at doing this sort of thing: I've replaced cards & memory & floppy/cd drives, but this was the first time replacing a PSU.
