Summary: 650w for 115$ is a good deal. The customer service was very efficient but I honestly had no idea they were even going to exchange it. I got no response saying that they would or not so I just forgot about it then another showed up at my door. No extra fees and only took about 2 weeks to get another.
Pros: It's 650w and works as needed.
Cons: First one I got only lasted a few weeks but shipped it off to Antec and got another a few weeks later. Also, not modular so there can be a lot of cords in the way.

Summary: Bought this to replace a cheaply-made power supply in my niece's older computer, which had died. Came with plenty of cables and more SATA connectors than I'll ever need! Quiet fan. Feels heavy and solid; you can sense the quality that went into this power supply.
