Summary: I bought this PSU to support an i7 2600K. It's a great PSU. Quiet, stable voltage and looks great. It even allowed me to boot up a server board that required EPS12V PSUs. I definitely recommend it for single GPU card configurations.
Summary: The PSU worked fine for 6 months until it developed a loud intermittent clicking sound. I called Antec for a warranty replacement and they wanted to charge me 15.00 to ship me a refurbished PSU and ship my new PSU back. This is unacceptable as this is a warranty replacement not a repair. Terrible customer service. I'll never buy an Antec products again. I repaired the PSU by replacing the internal fan with a new one from a different manufacturer.
Summary: It seems like a pretty nice unit, but alas it was DOA. The unit would cycle on/off within a few seconds and keep repeating. Having had Antec's in the past, i didn't expect this one to be DOA, especially for a Seasonic design (?). I'm sure others are happy with their HCG's, but i lucked out on this order.
Summary: Don't cheap out on your power supply. It's one of the most overlooked, yet one of the most important components of any rig, especially for demanding applications like overclocking, gaming, video editing, etc. This unit looks like a re-badged Seasonic, and Seasonic = quality. The rails are stable under load, it's quiet, and I have no reason to believe that this unit won't provide years of trouble-free service.
Summary: I just recieved this PS from new egg (HCG-620) and it was dead on arrival - check the reviews and move on. So far 31% customers recieved DOA ! I already sent in for a rebate, and as it turns out Antec RMA department (Pete) is not friendly at all. You've been warned.
