Summary: For the Price, this is by far the best 80+ Gold/Platinum PSU you can buy. It's silent and uses high quality parts throughout the unit, which is unlike some of the 'budget' gold/platinum PSUs other makers like corsair (cheap sleeve bearing fan) or rosewill (older PCB design and cheaper electronics) offer. What makes this PSU particularly nice, is that it's very compact, which allows it to fit inside smaller cases, especially mITX cases, with ease.
Pros: Silent, Cheapest 80+ Platinum with high quality parts throughout, Short (140mm depth)
Cons: SATA/peripheral cables could be better designed, Not quite 80+ Platinum performance in NA 115VAC
Pros: Sleek looking, especially in my black case. Sleeved cables. Silent and runs cool, even at high loads. Feels like a high quality unit. I bought it off Newegg almost a year ago, and it's still running just as well as on the day I first installed it.
Cons: It's been almost a year and I still haven't received my rebate. :(
Summary: Outstanding PSU. Cable length is never going to be a problem. I put this in a ATX case and managed to run cables all the way to the opposite corner without needing to run the cables over the mobo.
Pros: Very quiet. Not totally silent, but close enough for me! Seems to have provided good power so far. Cables with braided sheathing are always neat. More connectors than I imagine I'll ever need... but it's good to have the options, and I have space in the system chassis to stash the excess.
Cons: The biggest problem I've had with this power supply (really) is that the adhesive on the Antec label on the side of the PSU is insufficient and it gradually peels off by itself... With only integer egg ratings available, I cannot take away the 0.001 of an egg that this flaw would cost.
